а) стат. (хозяйствующий субъект, характеризующийся единообразием поведения и автономией в принятии решений в отношении своей основной экономической функции)
б) учет (хозяйственная единица, которая в соответствии с действующим законодательством может владеть активами, принимать на себя обязательства и заниматься производственной и коммерческой деятельностью, совершать сделки с другими институциональными единицами)
